Resolved Question: NBA 2K12 my player not starting?

Im currently in my rookie season of my player and have just finished the allstar game. Im playing for the houston rockets and averaged 24.5 points per game, shooting 48% with about 6 rebounds a game as a shooting guard. And early in the year about ten games in i became the starter and have been since. but for some reason the first game after the all star game, where i was selected to play in the game, i am no longer the starter. I am leading the NBA in scoring(5min quarters sim and gameplay) and im getting benched over kevin martin(PPG 3.7 RPG 0.7) Why am i all of a sudden not starting? is there something i was supposed to do to make sure i continue to start?...
